Saturday Morning Ram Muay Wai Kru Class
About this tour
Every Saturday morning at Sinbi Muay Thai, we slow things down and go back to tradition πΉπ After pad work and bag work, we take the time to learn the Ram Muay Wai Kru - an important ritual and part of Muay Thai culture. The Wai Kru is performed before a fight to show respect to your teachers, your gym, your family, and the art itself. It is also a moment for fighters to focus, calm the mind, and prepare mentally before stepping into the ring. Every Wai Kru can be different. Some are simple and traditional, while others are more detailed and expressive, depending on the fighter, the gym, and their experience. It usually includes: π Paying respect to the corners of the ring π Controlled, flowing movements π Personal style and rhythm In this full reel, Kru Soleh teaches a more intricate version of the Wai Kru, showing the beauty, control, and tradition behind each movement. This version includes most of the ritual, with the exception of the sealing of the ring. Muay Thai isn't just about fighting - it's about respect, culture, and discipline. β€οΈπΉπ
