Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. • Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchase through an authorized point of sale. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the police. • When arriving at the gate, please either have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email opened and ready to be scanned on your device to exchange for a wristband to access the event. • In case of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, our company will change your ticket into a credit for F&B. • All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. • Last entry 4:00PM Age Policy • Strictly 20+ venue. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry. • Guests under 20 years old will not be permitted to enter under any circumstances. Weather Policy • Barra Cuda is a rain-or-shine venue - Events will proceed as scheduled unless management decides otherwise due to severe weather conditions (e.g., storms). • In the event of severe weather or natural conditions that prevent the event from taking place, tickets will be converted into F&B credit redeemable at the venue.
