Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

This is the last round of this year, because Pi Wolf and Pi Ploy @jungalaphuket will be coming back to teach in Bangkok again, so we're taking the chance to hold Sound Bath & Guided Meditation together for 2 nights! 🎐 For Ice, doing Sound Bath together with Guided Meditation isn't just about lying down and listening to sound, but a chance for us to practice observing ourselves, reflect on what's inside, and see things that in daily life we might not have time to really stop and look at. This session is not a performance, and there's nothing we need to do well. No need to try to be good at meditating, no need to make yourself calm, or compare your experience with anyone else's. Just come be with yourself, open up to whatever arises, and give time to exploring yourself in your own way. Both nights will have a different Guided Meditation theme. Anyone interested can come on both nights. Pi Ploy and Pi Wolf are teachers Ice deeply respects. Happy to have the chance to create a space to practice together again.
