Accessibility Statement
EVE is committed to making event and venue discovery in Phuket usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains what we do and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Last Updated: June 4, 2026
1. Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our website and mobile app, as a practical and evolving target. Accessibility is part of how we design and build EVE, not an afterthought.
2. What We Do
- Use semantic structure and headings so screen readers can navigate content
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states for interactive elements
- Aim for sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes
- Provide accessible names and labels for buttons, links, and form fields
- Test changes against accessibility checks as part of our deployment process
3. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is a continuous effort. Some content, including user-generated content and third-party embeds such as maps, may not yet fully meet our target. We prioritize and address issues as we find them and as they are reported to us.
4. Tell Us About a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on EVE, or need information in a different format, please contact us so we can help and improve:
- Email: [email protected]
Please describe the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond promptly.
5. Standards Reference
As an Ontario-incorporated company, we follow the spirit of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its WCAG-based web standard, and we apply these principles across all markets we serve.
