1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile app. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy. They help the site work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the platform is used.

Your control: non-essential cookies (preferences, analytics, marketing) are off by default and load only after you opt in through our cookie consent banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services to us, such as analytics providers, our authentication provider (Google Firebase), and embedded content (for example, maps). These third parties process data according to their own privacy policies. We only load non-essential third-party technologies after you consent.
4. How to Control Cookies
- On EVE: use the cookie consent banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site
- In the mobile app: manage tracking and location permissions in your device settings
5. Legal Basis and Your Rights
We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, in line with Thailand's PDPA, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules where they apply, and Canadian privacy law. Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning service.
