Walk-ins are welcome for yoga. Sound baths have limited spots, so advance reservation is recommended.

Private Sound Healing & Therapy sessions are also available by advance reservation.

September 2026 Schedule (please arrive 15 minutes prior to session): Monday: 8:30-9:30 AM Hatha Yoga Fundamental Tuesday: 5:30-6:30 PM Sound Bath Meditation Wednesday: 8:30-9:30 AM Chakra Awareness Meditation Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM Yin Yoga Friday: 8:30-9:30 AM Hatha Yoga Gentle Flow Friday: 5:30-6:30 PM Sound Bath Meditation Saturday: 8:30-9:30 AM Chakra Awareness Meditation

Yoga Class: THB 550 per person (walk-ins welcome, no reservation required) Sound Bath: THB 550 per person (due to limited spots, advance reservation with prepaid payment is recommended, walk-ins welcome if available) Chakra Awareness Meditation: Donation based (reserve your spot) Note: Classes are for adults, ages 15 and above. Yoga mats, blocks and straps, face towels, drinking water will be provided. For private sound healing & therapy sessions, advanced reservations are required.
