The Phuket events calendar, month by month (2 months listed)

Phuket runs on two seasons and one weekly rhythm, and the calendar shows both. The dry high season, roughly November to April, is when the west-coast beach clubs, boat operators and outdoor programmes run at full strength; the green season, roughly May to October, brings rain in short heavy bursts rather than all day, thins the crowds and tilts the calendar towards markets, gyms, workshops and indoor venues. Underneath both, the same weekly fixtures repeat all year: night markets on set evenings, Muay Thai cards several nights a week, live music from around 7pm, and morning run and yoga clubs.

Each month below has its own page listing every event a venue or organiser has confirmed for the days still ahead, grouped by the day it happens. A month is listed here once it has enough confirmed events to be worth opening, and days that have already passed drop off, so what you see is always still to come. Listings refresh daily, and a multi-day event appears once, on the first day of the window it runs into.

The Phuket events calendar: quick answers

How far ahead does the Phuket events calendar go?

The calendar keeps a rolling view of the current month and the one after it, and each of those gets its own page once it has enough confirmed events to be worth opening. Further out the picture is genuinely incomplete rather than empty: weekly fixtures such as markets, classes, training sessions and fight cards are set months in advance, while one-off parties, guest DJ bookings and pop-ups are usually announced days rather than weeks ahead.

When is the best month for events in Phuket?

It depends on what you want. November to April is the dry high season, when the island is busiest and the outdoor calendar is at its fullest, peaking at New Year. May to October is the green season: wetter, quieter and cheaper, with the same weekly fixtures and fewer one-off parties. The two heaviest island-wide weeks are Songkran, the Thai New Year water festival in mid-April, and the Phuket Vegetarian Festival, which falls in late September or October depending on the lunar calendar.

Where do these events come from?

Venues and organisers post them to EVE themselves, so the dates, times and prices here are the ones they published rather than a roundup rewritten from elsewhere. Every event has its own page carrying the venue, the start time and the price when one is listed, and the calendar is updated daily as new events are confirmed.
