For PRU's 10th Anniversary Week, Chef Riley reunites with Chef Jimmy to revisit the collaboration that first brought them together.
Known for his creative approach to contemporary cuisine, Chef Riley made his mark at Bangkok's MICHELIN-starred Canvas, exploring Thai ingredients through modern techniques and unexpected ideas.
This October, he returns to the PRU kitchen alongside Chef Jimmy and Château Musar, returning to Thailand for its first event in ten years.
One final surprise is still being kept in the kitchen - a Secret Guest Chef.
