For PRU's 10th Anniversary Week, Chef Syrco Bakker of SYRCO BASE in Ubud, Bali travels to Phuket to reunite with fellow Dutch chef Jimmy Ophorst, joined by Chef Notty of La Crique.
Rooted in the Netherlands and now shaped by lives and kitchens far from home, Chef Jimmy and Chef Syrco come together again to reflect on where their journeys began and where they have taken them today, with Chef Notty adding his own contemporary perspective to the table.
